Leadership Profiles

Caroline C. Konneh

CEO
Miss Caroline C. Konneh is a passionate humanitarian, dedicated entrepreneur, and visionary leader with a heart for community empowerment. A 2018/2019 graduate of the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU) in Liberia, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Management. Her entrepreneurial endeavors were not only a means of self-sustenance but also a way to support her family and extend care to others in need—especially vulnerable children. With over two years of specialized training in Ghana, she returned to Liberia to establish Carol’s Glow House, a beauty parlor located in Gbangaye's Town, Sinkor. Through this venture, she has not only provided beauty services but also continued her philanthropic mission—empowering others, especially women and young people, through skill development and mentorship. Her leadership of Glow Foundation (Go-Fund) is a natural extension of her life’s work—transforming compassion into action and equipping individuals with the tools they need to shape brighter futures. With unwavering faith and determination, she leads Go-Fund with the hope that this journey will continue to be blessed, impactful, and transformative for many.
