Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Caroline leads Glow Foundation with heart and vision. A certified beauty therapist and passionate humanitarian, she’s empowered hundreds through skills training and advocacy for women and youth.

Jelly M. Waylee
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
elly brings deep experience from Save the Children and is a strong advocate for education and gender equity. She leads operations and programs to uplift Liberia’s underserved communities.
